Entire Building

The Banks Township Hall is the perfect setting for weddings, graduations, family reunions, and more. Built in the 1930s, the 3,000-square-foot main dining hall features rich woodwork, a vaulted ceiling, oversized windows, and original hardwood floors—blending elegance with rustic charm. Both the main hall and ground-level room are fully air-conditioned, ensuring year-round comfort for you and your guests.

The main hall can accommodate up to 180 guests and can be arranged with a variety of table layouts. Your rental also includes access to the smaller ground-level room, ideal for staging or additional activities, plus a fully equipped kitchen for convenient food preparation.

Ground-Level Room

The ground-level room at Banks Township Hall is a versatile, informal space—perfect for family gatherings, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, and other small events. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2025, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The room can be rented separately and comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests.

Hall Rental Rates

Ground Level Room: $125 per day

Entire Building: $500 per day

Rates are for private events such as birthdays, showers, weddings, and graduation parties.
For public events, including meetings or community events, please contact the Township for pricing.

Rental Policies

Security Deposit
$100 (Ground Level) • $500 (Entire Building)

Refundable after inspection if no damage.
Banks Township may retain part or all of the deposit if damage occurs.
