Daily rental rate includes the day before the event beginning at noon.  There is an additional charge of $100 for the day-after until noon if needed for cleanup.

**A security deposit of $500.00 will be required for entire building rentals. This deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage done to the halls during your rental. It will be returned to the renter after the halls have been inspected and found to be free of damage. Banks Township may retain all or part of the deposit if damages are found after an event.**

**Entire building rentals during cold weather will be charged an additional $50.00 a day for heat.**
